What are the Delivery charges?

Most products are eligible for free delivery, but a small delivery charge may apply for distant locations. You can easily check the exact delivery charge for your order by entering your pin code on the cart page.

Do you do midnight delivery ?

Yes we do. But please note that this may not be feasible for some locations.

How do I track my order status?

You will receive timely updates on the status of your order via email and SMS.

What are the modes of delivery ?

We rely on logistics experts, Porter and Dunzo, for cake delivery. Before they begin, we also provide them with quick training on our cake handling rules.

For outstation courier services, we partner with Blue dart.

Do you deliver outside of chennai ?

Yes, we do ship brownies to all cities. You can check the availability for your other items by entering the area pin code.

Can I choose the delivery time ?

Yes. You can choose your preferred  2 hour delivery  .slot depending on the location.

Mention this in instructions and provide receiver details - phone number and map location

Can I change the delivery location ?

Yes. Delivery charge might be applicable depending on the new location. We should be notified before the delivery starts.

How long will it take to deliver the cake?
  • Exotic Cakes & Desserts - 1 hour from order confirmation
  • Customized cake - ordering one day prior is recommended. Same day delivery can be processed depending on design and slot availability.

No worries, you can share your nearest landmark (50mts)!

What happens when the cake is damaged during delivery ?
  • Contact us as early as possible  so we can find a solution to fix the damage.
  • Replacement can be done depending on time of issue notified & scenario. However, the management's decision will be considered final.
Can I place an order on a website and come pick up the order from your nearest store ?

Of course! But please note that since we are a cloud kitchen,  only take-away is available (no dine-in facility).  You can call us at +91-8939-621-467 for any help.

Which days of the week do you deliver?
  • We are open all days of the week and throughout the year 
  • 7.30 Am - 12.00 midnight on The Brownie Studio Website, Swiggy and Zomato
Is it possible to postpone or prepone the order?
  • Yes. We can definitely do it on prior notice. 
  • In case you want to prepone, we will inform you if we need to modify the cake design due to time constraint.
